Do you sell online or by mail order?

No, but you can call us to reserve an item for up to 24 hours to give you time to visit our showroom.

 

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards in our showroom.

 

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Saturday 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.

Do you stock rings in all sizes?

No, but our normal stock items can be ordered in any size.

 

Do you stock chains in all lengths?

Yes, we stock a range of sizes and styles.

 

Do you carry out jewellery repairs such as soldering, resizing rings, new bolt rings, triggers and jump rings?

Yes, our experienced staff are on hand to assess what is needed and to advise you accordingly.

 

Do you sell ear backs (butterflies)?

Yes we keep a stock of different sizes to cater for most needs.

 

Can you re-design jewellery using customers own stones?

Do you have any suggestions for special occasions e.g. Anniversaries and Birthdays?

Yes. We have a Services page which will provide you with the traditional gifts associated with special occasions. Our showroom staff will able to suggest items of jewellery which may prove a suitable gift where a gemstone matches your upcoming occasion.

 

Can you supply empty ring and jewellery boxes?

Yes, no problem. We have a collection to suit most articles and sizes.

Can you re-string pearl necklaces and bracelets?

Yes, keep them all together safely and bring them into our showroom.

 

Can you service watches, even those not purchased from you?

Yes, see our watch repair services page.

 

Do you fit replacement watch batteries and straps?

Yes, we can often carry out this service while you wait.
